Our Service

Venusward offers free astrology calculator tools and a personalized love astrology report for $37, one-time — no subscription, no auto-renewal, no upsell emails.

Eligibility

Our service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. Because our service involves precise birth date, time, and place information, we require all users to confirm they are at least 18 years old before submitting the intake form.

How Your Report Is Made

We combine Swiss Ephemeris-grade astronomical calculations with an AI-assisted interpretation process, refined through structured astrological frameworks (essential dignity, aspect patterns, sect). Every report is built from your exact chart data — not a generic template. Full calculation data is included so you can verify every placement yourself.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of Venusward, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country or state where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence where local law gives you that right.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem with your order, please email hello@venusward.com first — most issues, including refunds, are resolved quickly and directly. We will make a genuine effort to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days of you raising it.

We do not require you to give up your right to go to court. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have to bring a claim in small claims court, before the courts of your place of residence, or before any consumer-complaint or dispute-resolution body available to you under your local law.

Limitation of Liability

Venusward provides your report and this website with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your report (see the Entertainment Disclaimer above).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived, such as the right to content that matches what we described.

Intellectual Property

When your report is delivered, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, keep, and privately share your own report (for example, with a partner). You may not resell it, publish it commercially, or present it as your own work.

The website itself — its text, sample writing, chart graphics, and design — belongs to Venusward and may not be copied or reused without permission. The birth information you provide remains yours; we use it only to calculate and write your report, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
