Request a full refund anytime within 30 days of purchase by emailing us — no explanation required.
If your report runs later than the delivery estimate you were given when you ordered, your order page will proactively show an updated estimate. If a delay is significant, we may offer partial or full compensation, or you can request a full refund at any time instead of waiting.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days once requested.
